titleOfInvention Lymph Node Extraction Method Based on Diffusion-Enhanced Image
abstract According to the present invention, the signal intensity information, the manifestation diffusion coefficient information, and the anatomical position information of the lymph node, which are pre-specified for the lymph node, are obtained from the diffusion-enhanced image acquired for the cancer patient, using the characteristics of the lymph node that is distinguished from the surrounding tissue. In addition, the present invention provides a lymph node extraction method based on a diffusion-enhanced image that finally extracts a corresponding lymph node region by using one or a plurality of pieces of information selected from the shape information of the lymph node.n n n According to the method of extracting lymph node based on the diffusion-enhanced image, the signal intensity, manifestation diffusion coefficient, anatomical position of the lymph node, shape information, etc., which are characteristic of lymph nodes, which are distinguished from surrounding tissues, are obtained from the diffusion-enhanced images acquired for cancer patients. Lymph node area can be extracted automatically. In addition, when image information of each lymph node extracted from cancer patients and clinical information related to the primary tumor are used, metastasis and probabilities of metastasis of each lymph node can be quantitatively predicted, so that a more accurate state can be identified for the subject. It can improve the accuracy of lymph node transition judgment.
