abstract |
The liquid crystal display device is a cholesteric with a transparent reflective substrate disposed on the display surface side, a transparent second substrate disposed to face the first substrate, and a selective reflection disposed between the first and second substrates. A liquid crystal and a blue-white display reflector arranged so as to oppose a 2nd board | substrate are provided. The angle dependence of the scattered light intensity of the blue-white display reflector is equivalent to the angle dependence of the scattered light intensity of a cholesteric liquid crystal. |
