abstract |
Pouch packing liquid foods that can cook delicious dishes by microwave heating without harming the color, fragrance, and texture of the food ingredients have a zipper and a vapor discharge mechanism in the pouch. The viscosity (60 degreeC) of the liquid substance in the liquid food filled and sealed by the pouch is 0.1-10 Pa.s. The relationship between the liquid food and the solid food ingredient satisfies at least one of the following conditions (a) to (d).n n n (a) The salt concentration of a liquid foodstuff is 110 to 400% with respect to the salt concentration of the whole content after solid food material addition;n n n (b) the liquid level of the liquid when the solid food is put into the pouch and heated and cooked in a microwave oven, having a height of 1/10 to 1/2 from the lower end to the upper end of the content;n n n (c) the maximum fillable capacity of the pouch is 2 to 10 times the capacity of the liquid food;n n n (d) The predetermined amount of solid food ingredients is 0.1 to 5 parts by mass with respect to 1 part by mass of the liquid contained in the liquid food. |
