The present invention relates to polypeptides comprising human binding domains capable of binding to CD3 (epsilon) chains of human and non-chimpanzee primates, as well as methods of making the aforementioned polypeptides. The invention also relates to nucleic acids encoding the polypeptide, vectors comprising the same and host cells comprising the vector. In another aspect, the present invention provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the aforementioned polypeptides and the medical use of said polypeptides. In another aspect, the invention provides a method for identifying polypeptides comprising an interspecies specific binding domain capable of binding to epitopes of CD3ε (CD3 epsilon) in human and non-chimpanzee primates. |
