Recombinant G (-) bacteria producing the outer membrane body and a method for producing the outer membrane body containing the polyvalent antigen using the same |
abstract |
Disclosed are a recombinant G (-) bacterial mutant-based construct for producing an outer membrane body and a method for producing the outer membrane body for multivalent antigen delivery using the same. OMV produced from recombinant G (-) bacterial variants according to the present invention is safer than multi-valent epitope produced from wild type bacteria and enhances multi-valent epitope and enhances its own immune effect. It is useful as a new concept bio-nano vaccine material with self-adjuvancity. |
