Bioactive Polypeptide Drug Conjugates Using Non-peptidyl Polymers with Three-terminal Reactors |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a protein conjugate with improved biopersistence and stability in which a physiologically active polypeptide, a three-arm non-peptidyl polymer and a dimer protein are covalently linked to each other, and a method for preparing the same. . The protein conjugate of the present invention maintains relatively high in vivo activity of the physiologically active polypeptides and peptides and significantly increases the blood half-life, which can be useful for developing sustained formulations of various physiologically active polypeptide drugs as well as conventional proteins. In the preparation of the conjugate, the production method can be efficiently used to improve the problems such as low production yield and loss of the raw material bioactive polypeptide, it has the advantage that the purification is easy. |
