abstract Various aspects of the present invention provide a method of making a pharmaceutical medicament comprising storing a container for at least about 7 days at a temperature above ambient conditions and performing a release test of the container after storage. Drugs produced by this method have a more consistent particle size distribution (FSD) and particle fraction (FPF) at increased stability and ambient conditions over the shelf life of the drug. Beneficially, these products may pass the testing requirements more reliably and regularly for drugs approved by regulatory authorities such as the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA).
