abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing dermal papilla tissue having the ability to induce the formation of hair follicles. Specifically, the method for preparing the present invention relates to dermal papilla and dermal sheath, which are dermal components of hair follicles. It relates to a method of differentiating mesenchymal stem cells having similar characteristics to the cells constituting the cells from the various tissues and culturing them in a specific medium to differentiate into dermal papilla tissue. According to the method of the present invention, since the dermal papilla tissue having the ability to induce the formation of hair follicles can be produced in sufficient quantity in vitro, the method of the present invention can be usefully used for the treatment of baldness through cell transplantation. |
