titleOfInvention | Copper alloy, copper alloy plate, and its manufacturing method |
abstract | It is a copper alloy which contains Ni: 0.1-3.0% (mass%, same or less), Sn: 0.01-3.0%, P: 0.01-0.3%, respectively, and consists of remainder copper and an unavoidable impurity, and it makes a hole by an extraction residue method. The amount of Ni in the extraction residue extracted and separated on a filter having a size of 0.1 μm is 40% or less as a ratio with respect to the Ni content in the copper alloy. 10 g of the copper alloy was immersed in 300 ml of a methanol solution having a concentration of 10% by mass of ammonium acetate, and the copper alloy was used as an anode, while platinum was used as a cathode, and constant current electrolysis was performed at a current density of 10 mA / cm 2 . The solution in which the copper alloy is dissolved is suction filtered through a polycarbonate membrane filter having a pore size of 0.1 µm, and the undissolved residues are separated and extracted on the filter. The amount of Ni in the extraction residue is obtained by dissolving the undissolved residue on the filter by a solution in which aqua regia and water are mixed in a ratio of 1 to 1, and then analyzing and obtaining the copper alloy by ICP emission spectroscopy. |
