titleOfInvention | A composition consisting of a non-labeled first monoclonal antibody that binds a tumor antigen and a non-cross-reactive second monoclonal antibody labeled with a NIR fluorescent label |
abstract | The present invention relates to a composition consisting of a non-labeled first monoclonal antibody that binds a tumor antigen and a second monoclonal antibody labeled with an NIR fluorescent label that binds the same tumor antigen, wherein the first and second antibodies are cross reactive. Does not look. The composition can be used for the treatment of patients suffering from solid tumors associated with overexpression of such tumor antigens. The invention also relates to the co-administration of the first and second antibodies, as well as to methods of obtaining NIR fluorescence images of patients suffering from such tumors, or during treatment of such patients with the composition. |
