abstract According to the present invention, in a Double Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (DOFDM) / Double Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (DOFMA) communication system, a signal transmission apparatus includes M signals for each of N subcarriers. A subsample is generated as a first signal using a row-wised OFDM scheme, and the first signal generated for each of the N subcarriers is a second signal using a column-wised OFDM scheme. And N denotes the number of subcarriers used in the DOFDM / DOFDMA communication system, and M denotes an integer of 1 or more.
