According to the non-destructive analysis method of green tea leaves using near infrared spectroscopy, the near infrared spectrum of the green tea leaves is obtained, and then the calibration curve is derived through the optimization process using the obtained near infrared spectrum. Then, check the calibration curve, using the identified calibration curve to quantitatively analyze the content of tea leaves. The process of deriving calibration curves involves mathematically preprocessing the scattering correction of the near-infrared spectrum, applying water to the pre-processed near-infrared spectrum by differential method, and inducing the calibration curve by performing regression analysis on the treated near-infrared spectrum. It may include. Therefore, the content of catechins, caffeine tannins, and the like contained in the green leaves of tea can be measured quickly and easily nondestructively using near infrared spectroscopy. |
