The present invention relates to an acrylic water-soluble polymer emulsion composition for granular urea fertilizer coating, a slow-release granular urea fertilizer coated with the same, and a method for preparing the same, and more specifically, an emulsion polymerization reaction using an acrylic monomer to improve the dissolution rate of the coating fertilizer in an aqueous solution.
