titleOfInvention | Protective film composition for optical disk |
abstract | The present invention relates to a surface protective light transmitting layer coated on a disk substrate, and a protective film composition for an optical disc which enables to form a single layer of a hardness improvement and an antistatic protective film layer coated on the surface of the light transmitting layer.n n n The protective film composition which concerns on this invention is 45-70 weight% of acrylate oligomers, 15-30 weight% of less than 6 functional acrylate monomers, 1-10 weight% of N-vinyl pyrrolidone, 5-10 weight% of photoinitiators 0.01 to 0.1% by weight of a polymerization inhibitor and 8 to 15% by weight of an antistatic oligomer.n n n By using the protective film composition for an optical disc according to the present invention, by reducing the conventional two-stage work of the light transmitting layer work and the hardness / antistatic layer work to one step of the single-layer work, the work amount can be reduced and the working time can be shortened. In addition, the composition has very useful properties in wear resistance, shrinkage, transmittance, chemical resistance and antistatic properties. |
