A method for producing insulin secreting cells through reprogramming from adult labia stem-derived adult cells and the use of the differentiated insulin secreting cells as cell therapy |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing insulin secreting cells through reprogramming from adult labia major adult cells and the use of the differentiated insulin secreting cells as cell therapeutics. According to the present invention, when adult cells isolated from the labia minora were cultured in low glucose DMEM medium in a large amount and then cultured in ITS medium, the expression of endoderm markers is increased, and these cells are nicotinamide. When cultured in the added CM medium, it is possible to differentiate into insulin secreting cells. In addition, the present invention can provide a basis for mass production through a reprogramming process of cells that can be used for therapeutic purposes when diabetes occurs due to abnormal insulin secretion. |
