titleOfInvention | Method of producing polyamide |
abstract | In a batch production method of a polyamide formed by directly polycondensing a diamine component containing a paraxylylenediamine and a dicarboxylic acid component using a batch reactor equipped with a splitting machine, a method for producing economically and qualityly advantageously to provide.n n n A diamine component and a dicarboxylic acid component containing 70 mol% or more of xylylenediamine containing 20 mol% or more of paraxylylenediamine in the absence of a real solvent using a batch reactor equipped with a partial condenser A method for producing a polyamide formed by direct polycondensation, the method for producing a polyamide comprising the following steps.n n n (1) A step of adding a dicarboxylic acid component to the reaction tank, followed by pressurizing the pressure in the reaction tank to a pressure of 0.1 MPaG or more.n n n (2) A step of continuously or intermittently adding the diamine component to the dicarboxylic acid component while maintaining the pressure in the reaction tank at a pressure of 0.1 MPaG or more and maintaining the uniform flow state of the entire reaction system.n n n (3) A step of reducing the pressure in the reaction tank to an atmospheric pressure or lower at a pressure drop rate of 0.1 to 1.0 MPa / hour after the addition of the diamine component is completed. |
