abstract |
The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells and to a hybridoma producing the same. Specifically, the present invention binds to undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells and does not bind or binds to differentiated human embryonic stem cells. The remarkably weak monoclonal antibody 57-C11 and the hybridoma 57-C11 producing the monoclonal antibody, the assay kit comprising the monoclonal antibody 57-C11 and a composition for removing human embryonic stem cells. |
