abstract Cement compositions in which the cement properties of fly ash are carefully controlled. This cement composition is made of citric acid ( pH 2.2) and alkali hydroxides ( pH 12-14) and metal carbonates ( substantially strong free acids and free bases, such as pH 11.6). The use of these strong chemicals causes acid base reactions during the use of this product. Instead of these strong chemicals, for example, citrate salts such as potassium citrate can be used as the reaction promoter. In the composition, a boric acid compound can be used as a coagulation slower.
