abstract The present invention relates to the use of COMP-Ang 1 as a therapeutic agent for acute lung injury, wherein COMP-Ang 1 inhibits inflammatory cell infiltration around the bronchus by reducing the expression of increased cytokines and adhesive substances in a mouse model of acute lung injury. In addition, it has a therapeutic effect that reduces airway hypersensitivity and inhibits increased vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) and vascular permeability.
