abstract The present invention relates to a method of forming a wiring and an electrode pattern using metal nanoparticles, and more particularly, in the conventional method of forming a wiring, an inkjet pattern formation and a specific wavelength band instead of the metal pattern formation method using photolithography. The present invention relates to a wiring and electrode pattern forming method capable of reducing damage to a transparent substrate and improving conductivity through optical heat treatment through laser beam irradiation, and a method of manufacturing an array substrate for a liquid crystal display device using the same.
