The present invention relates to a novel tetrathiaporphyrin derivative or a salt thereof, a method for preparing the same, and a use thereof, wherein the tetrathiaporphyrin derivative according to the present invention has a molecule having an improved oxygen reactivity at the 3,5 position of the thiophene ring. By using it, it is easy to synthesize porphyrin derivatives, and the final dicationic positive charge can be stabilized under the influence of the electron donor of oxygen, and it is easily redoxed, has semiconducting properties, and absorbs near-infrared (NIR). It can be usefully used in related fields such as devices, organic solar cell devices, organic transistors, NIR absorbing dyes, filter materials. |
