titleOfInvention | How can cloned animals be produced |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method of cloning canine animals. More specifically, the present invention provides a nucleated egg from an optimal mature egg recovered from a canine animal, using somatic cells from the canine as a donor nuclear cell, and performing nuclear transfer under conditions optimized for the denuclearized egg to carry out a nucleus. The present invention relates to a method for producing a transplanted egg and a method for replicating a canine animal by transplanting the nuclear transplanted egg thus produced into a fallopian tube. The invention also relates to a cloned canine animal produced by the method.n n n The present invention will enable the recovery of mature eggs in the optimal phase, increase the production efficiency by improving the efficiency of fusion and activation of eggs, and also contribute to preserving the breeding of expensive pets and rare endangered canine animals. In addition, it will make a significant contribution to the entire medical research field, including the production of disease model animals and the production of useful proteins. |
