titleOfInvention DNA sequence encoding penicillin acylase, novel recombinant DNA structure and recombinant microorganism having the sequence
abstract The present invention relates to a nucleotide sequence of (2646) bp size, wherein the nucleotide sequence is Achromobacter sp. Consisting of the same nucleotide sequence as the nucleotide sequence encoding penicillin acyla from CCM 4824 (originally Comamonas testosteroni CCM 4824), and ultimately as a fragment of said sequence having a length of at least 150 nucleotides It is composed. The sequence can be used to form DNA constructs, ultimately constructs having at least one regulatory sequence that regulates the expression of the gene and the production of polypeptides having penicillin acylase activity. The sequence may form part of a recombinant expression vector consisting of the construct, promoter, translation initiation signal, and translation and transcription stop signal. The present invention also relates to a host cell comprising a nucleic acid construct maintained in said vector or integrated into said cell chromosome, and also to a penicillin acylase which is delivered to a pKX1P1, pKLP3 or pKLP6 plasmid. It relates to an E. coli BL21 strain comprising the sequence.
