abstract |
The present invention relates to an oligosiloxane hybrid using a condensation reaction of an organosilane and a gas barrier film using the same. More specifically, oligosiloxane hybrid, characterized in that it comprises at least one organic group or an organic functional group in the center of the inorganic network structure having a high degree of condensation by the non-aqueous condensation reaction of the organosilanediol and the organoalkoxysilane, and It provides a gas barrier film having excellent gas barrier properties consisting of a single layer or multiple layers using the oligosiloxane hybrid. |
