titleOfInvention Eco-friendly composition for building interior materials using agar and its manufacturing method
abstract In the present invention, agar is added to an acid solution having a concentration of 0.1 to 1N and reacted at 80 to 100 ° C. for 30 to 40 minutes for hydrolysis, followed by neutralization by adding calcium carbonate to the hydrolyzed agar. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly composition for building interior materials by filtering the agar solution, taking only the agar filtrate separated from the acidified calcium salt, and adding a thickener and a preservative to the agar filtrate.n n n The composition can be used as an adhesive for fixing wallpaper or flooring material by giving the adhesive power based on agar which is a natural substance that is harmless to the human body, and at the same time, it can be used as various paints by adding a pigment having a predetermined color. In addition, by adding charcoal or ocher powder as an additive, it is possible to obtain antibacterial and deodorizing effects including far-infrared radiation after construction, and at the same time, there is no emission of contaminants such as waste water in the manufacturing process, which is naturally friendly.n n n In addition, when used as paints and adhesives for building interior materials, natural agar is used as the main ingredient, and there is no discharge of chemicals in the future, which prevents damage caused by sick house syndrome. As it has high porosity and specific surface area, the functional effect of charcoal or loess added as an additive can be maximized.
