titleOfInvention | Aloe Vera Gel Ultrafiltration Permeate for Promoting Collagen Production |
abstract | The present invention relates to an aloe vera gel ultrafiltration permeate for promoting collagen production. After removing the aloe vera leaves and filling the parenchyma tissue, the homogenizer is homogenized at the maximum speed. After centrifugation and supernatant, the exclusion molecular weight of the membrane was 50 to 150 kDa, and a zirconium dioxide tubular ultrafiltration membrane was used at a transmembrane pressure drop (TMP) of 0.2 to 2.25 bar (TMP) at a temperature of 240 ° C. or lower at 23 ° C. or lower. Using an aloe vera gel ultrafiltration permeate permeated by ultrafiltration at a feed rate of time, diluted with distilled water to 0.7%, and then 0.3% by weight of phenonip and 1,3 as preservatives based on the weight of the diluted solution. 2% by weight of butylglycol was added, mixed and left to stand at 4 ° C for 7 days, followed by three stages of filtration with 0.5 µm, 0.3 µm and 0.2 µm filtration membranes for use in promoting collagen production. Hazardous effects caused by the general aloe extract is suppressed and collagen production is promoted without any side effects, which may be usefully used in cosmetic compositions for wrinkle improvement. |
