titleOfInvention | Fluorescence-Carbon Nanoparticles Containing Single Carbon Nanoparticles and a Manufacturing Method Thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to fluorescent carbon nanoparticles (Carbon Nano-Particles) comprising a single carbon nanoparticles and a method for manufacturing the same, more specifically, vinyl monomers, diene monomers, diacetylene monomers, acryl having both hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups By using the supramolecular self-assembly principle of monomers, the cohesion of carbon nanoparticles is eliminated and maximization of dispersion in various solvents is achieved by polymerizing the supramolecular self-assembly formed on the surface of carbon nanoparticles. The present invention relates to a fluorescent-carbon nanotube and a method of manufacturing the same, which emit fluorescent light in the UV-Vis-NIR-IR region.n n n Fluorescence-carbon nanoparticles according to the present invention are carbon nanoparticles such as luminescence, luminescence stability and biocompatibility, high dispersibility in various kinds of liquids, excellent particle uniformity, physical and chemical stability, without physically and chemically modifying the surface thereof. It can be used as a material for transparent and flexible electrodes as well as field emission display (FED), field effect transistor (FET), conductive paints and polymer materials, especially biological and medical materials. . |
