abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing high functional pepper fruit using deep sea water, and more specifically, deep sea water of East Sea deep sea water (East Sea deep water) diluted with general drinking water or adequately decontaminated when deep red pepper is grown in pepper plants. It relates to a method of producing high-functional pepper with an increased content of components such as vitamin C, beta carotene by irrigation treatment.n n n According to the present invention, a method of producing red pepper using deep sea water is pure, low temperature, and mineral-rich deep sea water is used as irrigation water for growing red pepper, as well as producing clean high quality red pepper, vitamin C, beta carotene content, etc. It was evaluated to be an effective high functional pepper production method that can improve the functional properties of red pepper.
