abstract The present invention is directed to a system (100) and method for clinical assessment of neurodegenerative diseases present in a subject. The system 100 of the present invention includes an image acquisition module 122 capable of obtaining image data representing a brain of a subject, and an image analyzer 124. The image analyzer 124 may determine a quantitative value from image data indicating the level of neurodegenerative diseases present in the brain of the subject.
