Process for the preparation of selective 1-butene via positional isomerization from 2-butene |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a process for producing 1-butene through selective regioisomerization of 2-butene in a 2-butene rich fraction of isobutene and very little isobutane, and more particularly, to high selectivity by isomerizing 2-butene. After converting into 1-butene and introducing the bottom oil of the 1-butene distillation column and introducing it into the 1-butene separation tower (de-1-butenizer), the bottom product which separated 1-butene was a constant isomerization reactor using an etaalumina catalyst. The part is sent and the rest is hydrogenated to convert to LPG. In addition, the tower product of the 1-butene distillation column (de-1-butenizer) is recycled to the 1-butene distillation column to obtain a high-purity 1-butene in the tower phase, the column bottom relates to a manufacturing process of introducing into the 1-butene separation column. |
