An object of this invention is to provide the measuring method which can quantify the specific protein and peptide contained in trace amount, with high precision, simply, and without using expensive reagent. Proteins and peptides are quantified by LC / MS / MS using peptides or proteins whose amino acid binding sequences in the amino acid sequence of the peptides and proteins to be measured are replaced as internal standards. |
