abstract |
The present invention provides a method for producing a flexible polyurethane foam by reacting a polyisocyanate (a) with a compound (b) having two or more hydrogen atoms exhibiting reactivity with an isocyanate group in the presence of a blowing agent (c). Component (b) can be prepared by the addition reaction of carbon dioxide and alkylene oxide to the H functional starting material using a DMC catalyst, having a functionality of at least 2 and a hydroxyl value of from 100 to 500 mg KOH / g. And at least one polyether carbonate polyol (bi) in the range and having an introduced carbon dioxide content in the form of carbonate units of at least 2% by weight. |
