titleOfInvention | Organic-inorganic composite resin composition useful as a protective film |
abstract | The present invention relates to an organic-inorganic composite resin composition, comprising: (a) a polyaliphatic aromatic silsesquioxane containing an ethylenically unsaturated group and an aromatic hydrocarbon group; (b) an acrylic copolymer obtained by copolymerizing an unsaturated carboxylic acid, an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride or a mixture thereof with at least one acrylic unsaturated compound; (c) monomer compounds having two or more ethylenically unsaturated bonds; And (d) a silicone-based compound having an epoxy group or an ethylenically unsaturated bond, and the organic-inorganic composite resin composition of the present invention has a performance of chemical resistance, insulation, flatness, heat resistance, light transmittance, adhesiveness, and the like. It is excellent in crack resistance and adhesion even in thermal deformation such as shrinkage and expansion due to process temperature change of the substrate after coating film curing, and is suitable as an insulating material for protective films of liquid crystal display devices. |
