abstract |
A composition consisting of antiprogestin and provided with improved bioavailability is provided. According to one feature, a composition is provided which consists of particles of antiprogestin deposited on a carrier substrate. According to another feature, there is provided a composition consisting of particles of micronized antiprogestin. Also provided is the use of a composition consisting of antiprogestin and having improved bioavailability to treat endometriosis, fibroids of the uterus, dysmenorrhea and meningiomas. |
