titleOfInvention | JR- / TI-containing phosphate treatment solution for passivation of metal composite surfaces |
abstract | The present invention relates to aqueous compositions and methods for the anti-corrosion treatment of metal surfaces. The aqueous composition is particularly suited for the treatment of various metal materials connected to composite structures, in particular consisting of steel or galvanized steel or alloys thereof and any combination of the above materials, the composite structure being at least partially composed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy. Do. According to the present invention, an aqueous composition based on phosphate treatment solution, in addition to the water-soluble compounds of zirconium and titanium, has a low surface area of aluminum with phosphate treatment of steel and galvanized steel or alloys thereof, and passivation of the aluminum surface simultaneously occurring. In proportions that permit etch rates, it contains a large amount of free fluoride. The metal materials, parts and composite structures subjected to the conversion treatment according to the present invention can be applied to automobile chassis manufacturing, shipbuilding, civil engineering and the manufacture of large household appliances.n n n Phosphated, Passivated. |
