Method of producing somatic cell-derived pluripotent stem cells |
abstract |
The present invention comprises the steps of producing each virus introduced with Oct4 gene, Sox2 gene, C-myc gene and Klf4 gene prepared from mouse embryonic stem cells, by concentrating and mixing the respective viruses to prepare a virus concentrated mixture and the virus Preparing a virus solution by mixing the concentrated mixture with the first culture solution, floating the mouse somatic cells pre-cultured in the first culture vessel, and mixing and reacting the suspended somatic cells with the virus solution to obtain a somatic-virus mixture solution. Preparing, introducing and leaving the somatic-virus mixture in a second culture vessel including a second culture solution to introduce the genes into the somatic cells, and culturing the somatic cells into which the genes have been introduced. It provides a method for producing a cell. |
