According to the present invention, mascara comprises mascara containing a water-soluble resin conjugated with chitin and cellulose to form a film film having a volume effect, an upward effect, moisturizing, and low eye irritation when applying mascara to the eyelashes. As related, more specifically, mascara composition containing 0.01 to 50% of a water-soluble resin conjugated with chitin and cellulose, mascara comprising the mascara composition is also included. |
