titleOfInvention Powder deformation in the manufacture of solid state anodes
abstract The present invention relates to the field of high performance capacitors used in solid state capacitors, especially modern electronic devices. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method which can be modified to make the powder of the valve-acting material suitable for use in the formation of a capacitor anode for a solid state electrolyte capacitor. According to the present invention, there is provided a process for the preparation of (i) a powder as raw material to be converted, (Ii) compressing a portion of the powder to form a porous solid body of powder; (Iii) heating the solid object to a predetermined sintering temperature and maintaining the temperature for a predetermined time to form a sintered body; (Iv) pulverizing the sintered body to form a processed powder; And (v) optionally, classifying the powder particles within a predetermined size range to collect the capacitor-class powder. The method further includes the step of converting the raw material valve-agent powder into a capacitor grade structured powder .n n n n Manufacture of solid state capacitor anode, capacitor anode, powder, deformation,
