The present invention relates to a jujube paste and a method for producing a medicine rice containing the same, and more particularly, a method for preparing a functional jujube paste having improved outflow of general ingredients, contents of Pectin and Polyphenol, and antioxidant activity. A jujube paste is added to the manufacture of medicine rice to improve the hardness, elasticity and adhesion of the tissue, and improve the chewiness and color to provide a manufacturing method of the medicine rice to increase the palatability. |
