titleOfInvention | Human embryonic stem cell culture method |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for culturing human embryonic stem cells. More specifically, the present invention relates to a human embryonic stem cell culture method for forming undifferentiated colonies from human embryonic stem cells separated into single cells, a cultured stem cell population, and a culture additive used therein.n n n According to the culturing method of the present invention, when pre-treated with the culture additive of the present invention, human embryonic stem cells are separated into single cells, and then cultured, the rate of undifferentiated colony formation is significantly increased, thereby effectively culturing human embryonic stem cells. |
