The present invention relates to a sugar solution composition for melon snacks added with baeknyeoncho and cinnamon, and to a method for producing melon snacks, which are salted, desalted, immersed in sugar solution, dried, and sweated. By increasing the utilization of melon, it contributes to stabilizing the price of melon and improving the profits of the melon production farms, providing local food, and providing an improved method of manufacturing melon snacks. |
