abstract The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a microlens, comprising: providing a substrate having a stepped portion formed on an upper surface thereof, forming a protective film on the entire upper surface of the substrate including the stepped portion, and having a radius of curvature on the top surface of the stepped portion; Etching the entire surface of the passivation layer so that the microlens is formed, and etching the entire surface of the substrate including the microlens such that the upper portion of the stepped portion has a lens shape, thereby self-aligning the microlens and the optoelectronic device. Since it can be integrated into a structure and does not require an additional process for forming a microlens, there is an effect that a microlens integrated photoelectric device can be manufactured at a lower cost.
