titleOfInvention Sequence-Specific Amplification Site Markers and Multiple PCR Techniques for Differentiation
abstract The present invention relates to sequence-specific amplified region (SCAR) markers and multiplex PCR (multiplex PCR) techniques for the differentiation of Artemisia iwayomogi , more specifically described in SEQ ID NOs: 19 and 20. SCAR markers for differentiation of Hanjin, which are amplified by primer pairs, which are amplified by primer pairs, a method for discriminating Koreanjin using the primer pairs, a kit for discriminating Koreanjin including the primer pairs, and Hanjin, Aeop ( Artemisia argyi Herb and Jinmiho ( Artemisia) capillaris Herba) relates to a multiplex PCR technique using three pairs of primers simultaneously to form each SCAR marker. SCAR markers and multiplex PCR techniques of the present invention provide a variety of Artemisia It can be very useful for selectively discriminating from the same medicine.
