In addition, the floral fragrance oil extract according to the present invention increased the content of alpha-tocopherol and prolonged the initial oxidation time of low density cholesterol. Therefore, the perfumed oil extract according to the present invention can be used as a useful ingredient in a pharmaceutical composition or functional food for the prevention or treatment of atherosclerosis. |
