abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an extruded resin sheet in which the extruded resin sheet is not easily broken. The present invention provides a method for producing an extruded resin sheet comprising the step of extruding a thermoplastic resin into a sheet shape through a die after thermal melting, and pressing the extruded molten thermoplastic resin into a first roll and a second roll. At both side edge portions of the outer circumferential surface of the second roll, a level difference portion having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the roll center portion is provided, and both side edge portions of the extruded molten thermoplastic resin are nipped to the level difference portion of the first roll and the second roll. It provides a method for producing an extruded resin sheet. |
