And it relates to a manufacturing method thereof.n n n Vaccine composition against iridovirus infection according to the present invention has an excellent immune effect and has the advantage of being applicable to not only marine fish but also freshwater fish species, and iridovirus virion accumulated in high concentrations in tissues of iridovirus infected fish. Because it is manufactured by inactivating itself, it is very economical to omit the high production cost according to the cell culture. |
