The present invention relates to a protein tyrosine phosphatase (hereinafter referred to as PTP) and a method for preparing the same, specifically predicting the PTP active domain in the form having activity and stability without using only the fusion protein. It relates to a method that can be expressed. PTP prepared according to the method of the present invention can be used as a high-efficiency drug search for drug development, antigenic protein for selective antibody production and protein for PTP structure and function research. |
