abstract |
The present invention provides a lamosetrone formulation that is stable under light irradiation. The solid pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can provide a stable formulation by incorporating a compound that absorbs a specific wavelength into an unstable lamosetrone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof mainly under light irradiation. In particular, it is useful as a technique which can be applied to the low content formulation of lamosetron or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or an orally disintegrating tablet. Moreover, this invention relates to the stabilization method of the solid pharmaceutical composition of lamosetron or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt which mix | blends the compound of the characteristic which absorbs the light of a specific wavelength. |
