titleOfInvention | Heat medium electric food waste dryer |
abstract | The heat medium electric food waste dryer of the present invention is intended to spread food waste generated at home by fermentation-drying using useful microbial groups to primarily reduce pollution and make small for recycling resources. All garbage generated from homes, catering establishments, and large restaurants relies entirely on landfills, and when decommissioned, landfills cause odors and cause subsidence problems. In addition, food waste is highly perishable, which is expected to cause severe odor and secondary pollution during transportation. Moreover, throughput has been limited in recent years due to controversy over the location selection of landfills. If you look at the equipment for treating food waste that has been studied so far, it can be classified into fermentation, dry fermentation, drying, composting, and incineration. We prefer fast devices that reduce processing time, but if you understand the principle of composting, fast time alone is not the standard of choice. Investigation of the compost value of by-products produced by a device, which is said to be most rapid, can lead to disturbances in plant growth, since organics are not completely degraded. While incineration and drying have a short treatment time, they tend to be inferior in terms of recycling and economics compared to composting. Considering that the composted products can be recycled in the long term, fermentation, decomposition and composting are considered most suitable for food treatment. To do this, it is necessary to completely decompose organic matter over time so as not to adversely affect the plant. Under these objectives, food wastes are fermented and dried first with a culture medium from a family of useful microorganisms to reduce odors, moisture, and volume, thereby contributing to the disposal of food waste in each municipality, and furthermore, to create a pleasant and odorless environment. To protect the heat medium electric food waste dryer of the present invention, the following principles and concepts were applied and developed according to specifications.n n n n Thermal composition, secondary pollution, fermentation, useful microbial group, culture, food waste, resource recycling |
