titleOfInvention Ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and manufacturing method of ultrasonic transducer
abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an ultrasonic probe, an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, and a method for manufacturing an ultrasonic probe, wherein the ultrasonic probe includes a plurality of piezoelectric elements arranged in a two-dimensional shape, a plurality of upper electrodes formed on the plurality of piezoelectric bodies, and a plurality of upper electrodes, respectively. It is formed in each of the plurality of non-conductive members so as to reach the plurality of columnar non-conductive members, the arrangement surface (lower surface) side of the non-conductive member, and the other surface (upper surface) side of the non-conductive member opposite to the arrangement surface side. It is characterized by including a plurality of inner metal thin films.
